At the Oltre il Giardino Restaurant, we serve simple peasant food, like garlic bread, made with the extra virgin olive oil from local mills, as well as the best traditional Tuscan cold cuts.

With fresh pasta worked exclusively by hand, we create unique dishes: tagliatelle with pigeon, maltagliati in duck sauce, or pappardelle with boar, as well as spinach and ricotta ravioli, and tortelli in the traditional Mugellana style.

The meat for our typical Tuscan second courses is carefully selected, offering unique tastes like the Chianti 'peposo', the house's fiore all'occhiello, lamb chops, Casentinese-style wild boar, and the superb Florentine Steak.

The desserts we offer are entirely homemade and also available for coeliacs.
